Cathy has a clean, professional and quiet practice. From the moment I was greeted by Cathy, I felt I was in great hands. Her cleaning standards and protocols are simple and effective, I felt safe immediately. Her knowledge of reflexology and the way she communicates is captivating and I just want to learn more from her. I highly recommend her reflexology sessions; with views of tall trees, choice of music for session and knowledgeable, effective treatments - I will be a long time client of Cathy’s.

Had a session with Cathy and it was amazing. Her healing is gentle and the atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. You feel her kindness and caring as soon as she opens the door. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. After my session I felt lighter. Thank you Cathy.

Cathy is always warm and welcoming and provides an extremely relaxing setting. I have had sciatica and arthritis for 30 years. Cathy has directly helped with my chronic pain reduction. I always leave my sessions feeling revitalized. Her skills and intuitive knowledge of reflexology are truly reflected in her passion for healing.

Ebb and Flow Reflexology
Whenever I go see Cathy, I feel like I'm on a mini-retreat. From the beautiful location of her practice in North Saanich down to her healing finger tips - it's a treat. I find myself so relaxed, literally, in Cathy's hands, that I will start microsleeping and lightly snoring. Cathy is also so kind, always professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ebb and Flow Reflexology!

Ebb and Flow Reflexology
Cathy is a very skillful foot reflexologist; her touch is caring, intuitive and sensitive to individual pressure. For me, each session is like a mini vacation of mindful breathing and deep relaxation. And the physical benefits are lasting… my sleep has improved and I no longer get leg cramps at night. Ebb and Flow Reflexology
I had my first reflexology session with Cathy a few years ago, but two months later the salon closed. I tried in many different ways to find her, and finally, three years later, I got lucky. Yes, she was worth the effort. Cathy has a great touch and technique to get all the points of my tired feet moving again. Flow and ebb! She is also knowledgeable and offered suggestions on how to improve the health if my feet. Glad I found her again!
